In accordance with the South Fayette Touchdown Club (SFTC) bylaws members in good standing may submit nominations and a proxy/absentee vote, (if in the event of absence from the November 1st, 2006 monthly SFTC meeting) for the election of new SFTC Board of Director Officers for the 2007 calendar year.  All nominee's must be members in good standing as well.  All nominations and votes will be critiqued against the SFTC records of attendance ensuring this policy.

Nominations submitted in person will be taken now and until 30 minutes after the start of the November 1st, 2006 meeting.  Electronic nominations via this website will be taken until 6:00 p.m. on November 1st. Absentee/proxy electronic voting will commence beginning October 23rd, 2006 until 6:00 p.m. on November 1st.

The known list of nominee's nominated will be provided on this website for your review prior to submitting your vote in person November 1st, 2006 or by electronic proxy/absentee vote.  Additionally members submitting an electronic vote WILL NOT be informed via this website or able to vote for individuals nominated after 6:00 p.m. on November 1st.

The positions available are: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Activities Director.  To view the description of each position and/or become familiar with the requirements of a member in good standing please visit the Bylaws section of this website.

Nominations for position and election can be submitted two ways - by physically giving a nomination form at any SFTC scheduled meeting/event or electronically using this website.  When nominating an individual please ensure that the individual you are nominating wants to serve in the capacity you are nominating for.  We don't want to give anyone a surprise when their name is announced for a position they have no intentions of accepting.

A proxy vote will be accepted in the event of absence at the voting meeting of November 1st, 2006.  Members in good standing can either give to another member their absentee vote to be handed in on November 1st or do an electronic proxy/absentee vote via this website beginning on October 23rd, 2006. If you decide to have a member physically hand in your absentee vote the following information must be legibly included:  Your name, address, phone number and who you are voting for and in what capacity.

The electronic proxy form must be filled out correctly and in its entirety.  Any missing information may invalidate your vote.  The last three digits of your drivers license will be required in the event validation is needed to prevent fraud or duplication of votes.

Valid electronic nominations and proxy/absentee votes will be accepted until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 1st, 2006.  After that time and date no other electronic nominations or proxy votes will be accepted.
